Our policy lasts 30 days, from the day of purchase. If 30-days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, and it must present evident defects from us the manufacturer. If no defect is shown, we cannot process the return. We can only exchange for an equivalent item. For returns and exchanges, the item must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.

We will only accept returns or exchanges with a proper Return Authorization number. Please email: support@t-soccer.com before the 30-day return policy ends to obtain your Return Authorization number.


Please make sure to include your order number and Return Authorization number with your return or exchange. This is will help us properly track your package.

Postage costs due to incorrect entered information, or any issue not being a result of a shipping or manufacturer error, will be the responsibility of the customer. If we ship an incorrect or defective product, we will provide a prepaid label for your return.
